I am a 14 year old scout and as part of our international camp next week we have been challenged to bring a typical game or event from scouts of another country. I have been given Singapore and hope you can help. just need something typical of your country. look forward to hearing from you.
Hi nice to meet you too.I would indeed be happy to help you.
One popular game that is often a challenge at our events would have to be sour grapes. I am not sure if you do have played it before but this is how it goes. You need 2 pioneering poles, a long one about 3m high and a shorter one of about 1m. You tie them using a square lashing to form a cross. In groups, scouts will hold the structure upright and one by one they will try to put their scarves over the top. In a competition, different groups will try to compete to get all the scarves over in the shortest time possible.
